App PC Base

IpDoor desktop client for call handling, access control and virtual reception from Windows or macOS workstations.

IpDoor App PC Base is the desktop application of the IpDoor system for users, reception desks and operational workstations that need to manage video intercom calls and access commands directly from a computer. The application stays available in the background, shows a compact popup when a call arrives and, depending on assigned permissions, lets the user answer, reject or quickly trigger authorized openings.

It is available for Windows and macOS and can be used both locally and, when the project requires it, in remote reception or virtual concierge scenarios.

Operational note

The software can be downloaded freely, but it becomes operational only after the PC is enabled on the IpDoor system through a dedicated license.
